1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TokenMarkdown.com, its REST API, Prefix Proxy, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Use & Security Constraints
You agree to use TokenMarkdown solely for lawful extraction of public web content. You agree not to:
- Attempt Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) targeting private, internal, or cloud metadata IP addresses (e.g.
127.0.0.1,169.254.169.254). - Circumvent API rate limits, subscription quotas, or Unkey security layers.
- Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against upstream servers using our proxy.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Builder, Growth, Agency, Scale) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click via the Customer Billing Portal.
4. Uptime & Service Level
We strive for 99.9% API uptime. TokenMarkdown is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for upstream website downtime, CAPTCHAs, or changes in third-party website DOM structures.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and England & Wales.
